including WhatsApp Business API setup, CRM access, messaging credits, wallet credits, and
software integration. As such, no physical shipping is normally required.
No Physical Shipping
LeadWA currently provides digital products and services only. No physical parcel, courier shipment,
or physical shipping charge is normally applicable. Digital delivery may occur through wallet credit,
account activation, dashboard access, login credentials, software access, API integration, email,
WhatsApp, technical configuration, or another agreed electronic method.
1. Delivery Method
All services and products are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- Account Activation: Your LeadWA account is activated with the purchased services or credits.
- Dashboard Access: You receive access to the LeadWA dashboard to manage your account and services.
- Wallet and Message Credits: Credits are added to your wallet or message credit balance upon successful payment confirmation and verification.
- WhatsApp API Setup: We configure and activate your WhatsApp Business API connection through the Meta Cloud API.
- Software Access: You receive login credentials, API keys, or software access details via email or within your dashboard.
- Configuration and Onboarding: We provide technical setup, documentation, and onboarding support.
- Email Communication: You receive confirmation emails, access details, and important information via the email address you provided during registration.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Digital products, wallet credits, message credits, account access, and related services are generally
processed after successful payment confirmation, required verification, and completion of applicable
order requirements. Delivery time may vary depending on the purchased service, technical requirements,
customer cooperation, third-party systems, weekends, holidays, and external approvals.
All delivery timelines are estimates only unless a specific written timeline is
included in the applicable quotation or service agreement.
3. Factors Affecting Delivery
The following factors may affect delivery time:
- Third-Party Approval: Meta, WhatsApp, or other platform approvals may take additional time.
- Customer Documentation: Delays in submitting required documents or information.
- Technical Requirements: Unforeseen technical issues or complex requirements.
- Weekends and Holidays: Delivery may take longer on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods.
- Verification: Payment verification, identity verification, or security checks may cause delays.
