1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Services Provided

LeadWA provides the following digital services:

• WhatsApp Business API setup and integration
• Meta Cloud API integration and configuration
• CRM and customer communication tools
• Messaging credits (Utility, Marketing, Authentication, Service)
• Wallet credits for service purchases
• Software access and dashboard functionality
• Account setup, activation, and technical support

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary permissions and consents.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Advance payments become non-refundable after processing, setup, activation, or delivery has started.
• If you agree to pay a remaining balance, it remains payable according to the confirmed quotation.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance does not create a right to claim a refund of the advance payment.
• Wallet credits and message credits are non-refundable after allocation to your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services for:

• Spam, fraud, phishing, or impersonation
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Illegal content, activity, or unauthorized messaging
• Violating Meta's or WhatsApp's policies and terms of service
• Any activity that may harm LeadWA's reputation or operations

7. Third-Party Services

LeadWA integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta, WhatsApp, and other API providers. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their performance, availability, policies, or decisions.

• Meta and WhatsApp are third-party platforms not affiliated with LeadWA.
• Approval, verification, template approval, and account decisions are controlled by Meta.
• Message delivery, account quality, and restrictions are subject to third-party platform rules.
• We do not guarantee approval, message delivery, account safety, or business results.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, design, and branding on LeadWA is our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• You retain ownership of your customer data and content.
• We do not claim ownership of your data or communications.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Service may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or other providers.
• We will notify you of planned downtime where reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for third-party platform actions, rejections, or policy changes.

11. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
• We may also terminate for non-payment, abuse, or illegal activity.
• You may cancel your account by contacting support.
• Upon termination, you must stop using our services and delete any proprietary information.

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
• We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
